ARMA welcomes 3,000th Member!

Professional association of research managers achieves key membership milestone  

Yesterday, ARMA welcomed Henry Gonnet of Leeds Arts University  to its membership, bringing our roll-call of current members up to 3,000!

Like many membership associations, ARMA saw its numbers dip during the Covid period, although they have steadily recovered over the past year.

Announcing this milestone, Chair Jenni Johnson said,

 “The true value of ARMA is in its membership and the strength of our membership community – opportunities to learn from one another, share information and good practice, and combine our voices to make a difference to research and research management. That’s why I’m delighted that we have just welcomed our 3000^th member to our community! We have invited Henry to attend our annual conference with a free pass, to experience that value of community. I’m looking forward to welcoming as many members as possible to our hybrid conference in November, to re-engage, energise and learn from each other.”
