Dr Lisa A. Boyce is Deputy Director for the International Sciences Division and Chief of International Office-North, Air Force Office of Scientific Research, Arlington, VA. Prior to her current position, Dr Boyce provided leadership and strategic guidance to develop university’s research and innovation programs at Royal Holloway University of London University of Surrey.

Lt Col C. David Lewis, II, PhD, is Branch Chief, European Office of Aerospace Research and Development, London, UK. Prior to his current assignment Lt Col Lewis was an R&D Program Manager in the Defense Sciences Office of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and a Physics Professor at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT)
