Eva Kagiri-Kalanzi is Head of Programmes at ARMA and an international development expert. She oversees ARMA’s national and international projects focused on policies and activities that target the research management sector and higher-education institutions. She is also responsible for ARMA’s professional development portfolio.
Roseanna Avento is Global Development Manager at the University of Eastern Finland (UEF). She supports UEF partnerships and engagement with Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs) and is also involved in implementation of several food and nutrition security capacity building projects implemented by UEF with partners in LMICs.
