Becky Gordon is the Head of Research Quality and Policy at Lancaster University overseeing activities that support research excellence and impact (including the REF submission); ethics, governance and policy; research finances and related systems.

Sanna Melin Schyllert works as Research Excellence Manager at the University of York, and has been supporting REF preparations in various roles since 2019. She has 15 years of experience of working in HE administration and a PhD in English Literature from the University of Westminster.
