Call for abstracts opens for ARMA 2026

We are excited to announce that the call for abstracts for ARMA 2026 is now open.

ARMA 2026 will be a three-day in-person event taking place from 16 – 18 June 2026 at the Harrogate Convention Centre (HCC). This flagship conference is a key opportunity to promote excellence, share knowledge and showcase good practice in research management. It’s your chance to get involved and make a meaningful impact.

We are inviting members and non-members to submit proposals for parallel sessions and poster presentations. Submissions are welcome across the following conference themes, as well as other emerging and topical areas in research management:

• Artificial Intelligence
• Governance and Ethics, including Trusted Research and RRI (Responsible Research Innovation)
• Strategic Thinking, Change Management, Adaptation and Efficiency
• Research Impact
• Interdisciplinary Innovation: From Funding to Delivery

• Research Excellence Framework

• Abstract submission opens: 30 September 2025
• Abstract submission deadline: 28 November 2025
• Notification of review outcome: 30 January 2026
• Deadline for accepted presenters to register & confirm attendance: 20 February 2026
