Help us with our Mentoring Programme!

ARMA’s Mentoring Programme has proved very successful since we relaunched it a couple of years ago, and we will be offering it again this autumn. But it doesn’t just run itself! We have a small Mentoring Working Group, which reviews and monitors the programme, suggests and implements improvements, and, most important of all, matches mentors and their mentees. We now have some vacancies to fill in this Working Group and we’re keen to hear from you, if you would be interested in joining! For much of the year the time commitment is minimal (perhaps a couple of hours per quarter) but during the autumn, we’d be looking for 2-3 days of your time (not all in one block, and including a half-day video call) to help sort the mentor and mentee applications, and match them up.
