We are pleased to announce that Professor Paul McGee will deliver a keynote address at the annual conference, taking place at the Harrogate Convention Centre, from 16 – 18 June 2026.
Paul McGee is one of Europe’s leading speakers on change, resilience, leadership and wellbeing. A Sunday Times bestselling author and visiting Professor at the University of Chester, Paul is internationally recognised for his engaging, practical approach to human behaviour and performance.
Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Paul has worked with organisations across the public, private and third sectors, delivering keynote addresses at major international conferences and supporting teams through periods of challenge and transformation. His work has been endorsed by the late Dr Stephen Covey and Sir Clive Woodward, and his bestselling books have been translated into more than 20 languages.
