Our professional development is steered by our Professional Development Framework, developed to help you plan your professional development, assist in mapping your career pathway, and aid managers and institutional staff developers with providing professional development for research managers and administrators.

We offer the ATHE-approved Certificate in Research Management Qualifications at Foundation and Advanced levels. These are available in workshop-based and online formats and provide an excellent means of validating your knowledge and helping to shape your professional development.
Research Ethics Training
ARMA can provide bespoke sessions on topics in research ethics from short interactive lectures to full-day workshops.
Online Learning
ARMA has a growing selection of online learning materials from short, free ARMA Bites to longer live webinars and recorded presentations.
