Meet the Experts
Pam Hicks is the Global Health Assurance Lead at the National Institute of Health and Care Research. With a wealth of experience from her time at the Medical Research Council and as the Funding Assurance International Lead, Pam has been a key player in developing the due diligence policy and process. She also helped create the ARMA and UK Research and Innovation due diligence form.
Mary Caspillo-Brewer is the Due Diligence Manager at the Research Office of Imperial College London. Since November 2019, she has been overseeing the due diligence process for research collaborations, conducting thorough risk assessments, and maintaining high standards of integrity. Mary is passionate about continuous improvement and uses innovative tools like Copilot AI to boost efficiency and reduce the workload for her team.
