ARMA 2027 to be held in Birmingham

We are delighted to announce that the next ARMA annual conference will take place on 14 – 16 June 2027 at the International Convention Centre (ICC), Birmingham. 

The ARMA conference aims to promote excellence in research management and administration. It is our flagship learning, development and networking event, offering opportunities to share good practice through plenary and parallel sessions, poster presentations and a commercial exhibition. It is the great opportunity to network, share your knowledge and gain valuable insights from colleagues and experts. 

Alisha Peart and Laura Gower, co-chairs of the Conference Working Group, said “We are delighted to be heading to Birmingham for ARMA 2027. The ICC is a fantastic venue, and we are already looking forward to building a programme that reflects the breadth and brilliance of our community. Watch this space.” 

Preparations for ARMA 2027 are already in progress with a call for topics now open. ARMA members and non-members are invited to suggest relevant topics and areas in research management and administration that should be covered in the conference programme. The deadline for submitting topic ideas is Sunday 12 July 2026.
